Martha raised her family in Lake Forest & after moving to the city of Chicago for a few years she decided she wanted to move back to Lake Forest

She was able to buy this home for 60% less than the last buyers paid & has made her mark on the restored historic home.

After sprucing up the landscaping, adding her furnishings and gutting the kitchen we went back to visit Martha so she could tell us about the place she calls home.
