Our slogan is not just a cute phrase that rhymes with our name. It is the very heart of who we are and what we do as a Chicago-based team. We know that diversity makes us all stronger. We also know that despite the vibrant, diverse neighborhoods across Chicagoland, there is still so much work to be done to undo centuries of systematic oppression. We as a team know that it's not enough to say we support our communities. We have to prove it. We have to prove it in the way we fight injustice in our industry, and we have to prove it in the way we show financial support. The Night Ministry — Providing housing, health care and human connection to those struggling with poverty or homelessness.

BLM Chicago — An intersectional organization fighting for justice with families most impacted and working to create just and equitable systems.

BUILD Chicago — Engaging at-risk youth in schools and on the streets to help them realize their potential and contribute to our communities.

Chicago Torture Justice Center — Addressing the traumas of police violence and institutionalized racism through access to healing and wellness services, trauma-informed resources, and community connection.

UMedics — Teaching first response for gunshot wounds and asthma and fighting for health justice in communities that need it.

Heartland Alliance — Advancing human rights and dignity by providing services and promoting solutions to exit poverty, heal from trauma, and achieve stability.
